Road and gravel bikes

We work on everything from older steel road bikes to current carbon bikes with electronic shifting and tubeless wheels. If you ride the roads around Lake Oconee or the dirt roads out in the county, bring it in when the shifting starts to skip, the brakes feel soft, or you're ready to set up tubeless tires.

Mountain bikes

Trail riding is hard on a bike. We service forks and rear shocks, bleed hydraulic brakes, set up tubeless tires, and true wheels. E-bikes

We service all major e-bike brands, including Pedego, Trek, Specialized, Aventon, Segway, Electra, Giant, Cannondale, Lectric, Rad Power Bikes, Velotric, and Urtopia. We work on Bosch, Shimano, Yamaha, Specialized (Brose), and Bafang motor systems. If your e-bike shows an error code, cuts out, or won't turn on, call us with the brand and model and tell us what it's doing.

Pedego e-bike service near Lake Oconee

There are a lot of Pedego e-bikes around Lake Oconee, and since the Pedego dealer in our area closed, we've been servicing many of them. We handle Pedego tune-ups, brakes, tires, and drivetrain work, and we diagnose electrical problems. If you own a Pedego in Greensboro, Reynolds, Harbor Club, Del Webb, Cuscawilla, or anywhere around the lake, bring it in or call to set up a pickup.

A note on low-priced online e-bikes. We're happy to assemble e-bikes bought on Amazon and similar sites. For repairs, we have to be upfront: replacement parts for most low-priced online e-bikes are hard or impossible to find, and fitting quality parts often costs more than the bike did. In most cases we don't take them in for repair.

Bought your bike at a big box store?

We work on bikes from anywhere, including Walmart and Dick's Sporting Goods. If your bike came from a big box store, bring it in for a safety check. Bikes assembled in a hurry often have loose bolts, brakes that aren't adjusted, or handlebars and forks that aren't tightened right, and any of those can cause a crash. This is especially worth doing on a kid's bike.

Lake house bikes that have been sitting

If your bikes have been in the garage since last season, the tires are probably flat, the chain may be rusty, and the brakes may need attention. Bring them in, or have us pick them up, and we'll get them ready to ride before your family or guests arrive.

Visiting? Ship your bike to us

A lot of our customers are visiting Lake Oconee or have a second home here. You can ship your bike to the shop and we'll build it and have it ready when you get to town. When it's time to go home, we'll take it apart, box it, and get it ready to ship. Call ahead so we know it's coming.

Pickup and delivery

We pick up and return bikes for service within 10 miles of the shop, including Reynolds Lake Oconee, Harbor Club, Del Webb, and Cuscawilla. Pickup and delivery fees apply. Call to schedule a pickup.
