How to order a custom hat

1. Pick your hat. Choose a style and color on our custom hats page.
2. Pick your finish. Choose embroidery for a classic stitched look, or full color print (DTF) for detailed logos and photos.
3. Add your logo. Upload your file and check out, or choose Pay at Counter. We text you a proof before we make anything.

Custom hat pricing

Every hat is one price, and your logo is included.

Corduroy hats are embroidery only, since print does not bond well to the ridged fabric.

One-time logo setup

• Embroidery digitizing: $25 per logo, one time. We turn your logo into a stitch file and keep it for reorders.
• Logo recreation: $25 per logo, one time, if your file needs to be cleaned up or redrawn.
• Print-ready PNG for DTF: free setup.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single hat.

Should I pick embroidery or print?

Embroidery works best for simple logos and text with a few colors. Full color print (DTF) is better for detailed logos, gradients, and photos. Not sure? Upload your logo and we will tell you which will look best.

What file should I upload?

A PNG with a transparent background works best. We also take JPG, PDF, SVG, and AI files. The larger and clearer the file, the better your hat will look.

What if I do not have a good logo file?

Upload what you have. If it needs to be cleaned up or redrawn, we let you know before you are charged the $25 recreation fee.

Will I see my hat before you make it?

Yes. We text you a proof, and nothing is printed or stitched until you approve it.

Can I mix hat styles in one order?

Yes, and every hat counts toward your quantity discount.

Do I pay online or in the store?

Either one. Pay at checkout, or choose Pay at Counter and pay when you pick up.

Can you use a logo I do not own?

We can only decorate logos you own or have permission to use. We cannot put pro, college, or other brand logos on hats.

Can I reorder later?

Yes. We keep your logo and stitch file, so reorders skip the setup fee.
