Refund policy

Okana Outdoors Return Policy:

General merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of purchase. All returns must be in unused condition, accompanied by a receipt or recorded in our customer database, have all associated tags, parts, and accessories. Electric Bikes, Paddle Boards, Kayaks, and other ride on equipment that have been used may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion with a restocking fee of 20% or the cost of the rental fee (whichever is greater).
