About the ride
Iron Mountain is one of the biggest private riding parks in north Georgia. It's open to ATVs, side-by-sides, Jeeps, and dirt bikes, with trails that run from easy scenic routes to steep, technical riding.
Dirt bike riders say the singletrack rides like a hare scramble through the woods. With this much trail, you'll run out of battery long before you run out of riding, so plan your loops and bring a charger.
The park has RV sites, cabins, primitive camping, and a restaurant, which makes it an easy weekend trip.

Good to know
- Helmets are required on dirt bikes at all times, for every rider. Goggles are required for everyone.
- Call (706) 216-7275 before you go to check rates and confirm electric dirt bikes are welcome.
- Camping and cabins are on site. Book ahead on busy weekends.
- Whissenhunt OHV Trails is nearby if you want to add a national forest ride.

Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm, Saturday 11am to 5pm, closed Sunday. Heading out early on a weekend? Stop by the day before so you have what you need.
