About the ride
The Arabia Mountain PATH is a long concrete trail system that links downtown Lithonia, the Davidson-Arabia Mountain Nature Preserve, Panola Mountain State Park, and the Monastery of the Holy Spirit. Along the way you ride past bare granite domes, creeks, and pine and hardwood forest.
It is paved the whole way, but it is not flat. Some hills are steep and a few turns are tight, so take it slower than you would on a rail-trail. Families can pick a short out-and-back from any trailhead.
The two main lots at the nature preserve fill fast on weekends. The other trailheads listed below are free and usually less crowded.
